At Choice Care we have a limited number of patients and see only a few patients each day to ensure that each patient gets plenty of time. Choice Care is located at 3771 Katella Avenue on the corner of Cherry Street & Katella Avenue. Choice Care is located adjacent to Los Alamitos Medical Center. The parking lot entrance is on Cherry Street and the main entrance to Dr. Zwelling’s office is in the center of the building, facing Katella.

From Hwy 605 South:
Take 605 South and exit on Katella Ave. toward Los Alamitos. Go about 3/4 mile on Katella, turn left at Cherry and take the first right into the Medical Center parking lot.

From Hwy 605 North:
Take 605 North to the Katella Ave. exit toward Willow St. Bear right on the Katella ramp, toward Los Alamitos. Go about 3/4 mile on Katella, turn left at Cherry St. and take the first right into the Medical Center parking lot.
